For me – Joy Alice – those are the days I turn to music. Not for distraction, but for companionship. That quiet voice in my ears saying: “You’re not alone.”

Because sometimes I don’t want advice. I don’t want to “fix” things.
I just want a soft place to land. A space where my feelings are allowed to exist.

1. “Dear Me” – Taeyeon
A love letter to yourself. Gentle vocals, heartfelt lyrics, and a reminder to be kind to your own heart.
2. “Blue & Grey” – BTS
This song understands emptiness like few others do. Every line feels like a hug in the middle of the dark.
3. “Let It Go” – James Bay
A song for letting go — of fear, pain, or anything you’ve outgrown. It’s soft, sad, but strangely freeing.
4. “Night Dancer” – Imase
Something a bit lo-fi and light. Like walking alone at night under soft city lights. It calms me in the best way.
5. “Cánh Hoa Tàn” – Hương Tràm
A Vietnamese ballad I listen to when I need to cry it out. And trust me – sometimes, you should cry it out.
