š Hi guys, itās Joy Alice!
Letās be honest:
Some mornings Iād wake up already tired, stressed, or feeling low ā even if I slept 8 hours. Sound familiar?
After testing different things, I found out:
Itās not the big changes that made the difference ā it was the tiny habits I do every day.
So today Iām sharing 10 small but powerful habitsĀ that have helped me live, feel, and create better.
āļø 1. No phone for the first 5 minutes after waking up
Instead of diving into social media, I breathe, stretch, and say a quick āthank youā for the day. It sounds cheesy, but it grounds me.
š§ 2. Drink a glass of warm water first thing
Itās the gentlest way to wake up your body. Hydration = clarity = mood boost. Plus, it helps your skin glow š
š 3. Write one daily intention
Something like: āI will stay calm under pressure today.ā
Itās like setting your inner compass before chaos hits.
š¶ 4. Play music while doing chores
K-pop, lo-fi, or acoustic ā anything that makes boring chores feel like a vibe.
š½ļø 5. No scrolling while eating
I try to actually tasteĀ my food. Mindful eating helped me slow down, feel more present, and enjoy meals 10x more.
š§āāļø 6. Soak in the sun for 5 minutes
I step out to the balcony and just⦠breathe. Morning sunlight gives me energy and reminds me to be still for a moment.
š§¼ 7. Clean up my workspace before bed
A tidy desk = a clear mind. Itās like saying āGood job todayā to myself and prepping for tomorrowās success.
š 8. Reply to 1 kind fan message a day
No matter how busy I get, I read and respond to at least one thoughtful DM. It keeps me connected to whyĀ I do this.
š 9. Read at least 5 pages of a book
Even on hectic days. Fiction, self-help, random topics ā itās a mini escape that fuels my imagination.
š 10. Write 3 things Iām grateful for before bed
Even small wins like āI laughed todayāĀ count. Ending my day with gratitude shifts everything.
⨠Final Thoughts
These habits arenāt fancy. Theyāre simple, short, and real.
But theyāve changed how I feel, how I create, and how I live.
Try adding just 2ā3 into your day ā I promise youāll feel the shift š
With love,
Joy Alice
