đ Hi guys, itâs Joy Alice!
Letâs be honest:
Some mornings Iâd wake up already tired, stressed, or feeling low â even if I slept 8 hours. Sound familiar?
After testing different things, I found out:
Itâs not the big changes that made the difference â it was the tiny habits I do every day.
So today Iâm sharing 10 small but powerful habits that have helped me live, feel, and create better.
âïž 1. No phone for the first 5 minutes after waking up
Instead of diving into social media, I breathe, stretch, and say a quick âthank youâ for the day. It sounds cheesy, but it grounds me.
đ§ 2. Drink a glass of warm water first thing
Itâs the gentlest way to wake up your body. Hydration = clarity = mood boost. Plus, it helps your skin glow đ
đ 3. Write one daily intention
Something like: âI will stay calm under pressure today.â
Itâs like setting your inner compass before chaos hits.
đ¶ 4. Play music while doing chores
K-pop, lo-fi, or acoustic â anything that makes boring chores feel like a vibe.
đœïž 5. No scrolling while eating
I try to actually taste my food. Mindful eating helped me slow down, feel more present, and enjoy meals 10x more.
đ§ââïž 6. Soak in the sun for 5 minutes
I step out to the balcony and just⊠breathe. Morning sunlight gives me energy and reminds me to be still for a moment.
đ§Œ 7. Clean up my workspace before bed
A tidy desk = a clear mind. Itâs like saying âGood job todayâ to myself and prepping for tomorrowâs success.
đ 8. Reply to 1 kind fan message a day
No matter how busy I get, I read and respond to at least one thoughtful DM. It keeps me connected to why I do this.
đ 9. Read at least 5 pages of a book
Even on hectic days. Fiction, self-help, random topics â itâs a mini escape that fuels my imagination.
đ 10. Write 3 things Iâm grateful for before bed
Even small wins like âI laughed todayâ count. Ending my day with gratitude shifts everything.
âš Final Thoughts
These habits arenât fancy. Theyâre simple, short, and real.
But theyâve changed how I feel, how I create, and how I live.
Try adding just 2â3 into your day â I promise youâll feel the shift đ
With love,
Joy Alice
